Return/Exchange Policy

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy our products. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to request return or exchange. If so, kindly read the information below:

  • The request should be submitted within two days following the date of the delivery through our customer service channels.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expenses and are not refundable.
  • We will no accept exchange or return for oil blends and aura sprays.
  • The merchandise must be in the original packaging unopened and unused.
  • The merchandise must not be purchased on sales or promotions.
  • Kindly make sure to properly package the merchandise you are returning or exchanging.
  • Merchandise must be in its original packing along with a copy of the invoice.

There are certain occasions where it is difficult for us to process the return/exchange request:

  • The request is made outside the specified time frame of 24 hours from delivery.
  • Merchandise is used, damaged or not in the same condition as you received it.
  • If the merchandise is not in re-sellable and unused conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange request.
